Job Description
The E‑commerce Intern supports African Originals’ online sales operations, assisting with product listings, order processing and digital marketing activities. The role helps analyse sales data, coordinate with the marketing team and ensure a smooth customer experience across e‑commerce platforms. It offers hands‑on exposure to e‑commerce management in a fast‑growing beverage company.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in E‑commerce, Business, Marketing or a related field
- • Basic understanding of e‑commerce platforms and online order management
- • Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills
- • Ability to multitask, solve problems and meet deadlines

Responsibilities
- • Assist with creating and updating product listings on e‑commerce platforms
- • Support order processing, inventory tracking and fulfillment coordination
- • Help analyse sales performance data and generate reports
- • Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns and promotions
- • Provide customer service support for online inquiries and issues
- • Perform basic website maintenance and content updates
- • Contribute ideas for improving the online shopping experience
