Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will lead real‑estate project delivery for a multinational banking client across Kenya and the wider East Africa region. Responsibilities include managing programme schedules, budgets, quality and risk while guiding a small delivery team and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships. The role requires developing client briefs and execution plans for retail banking and commercial office projects from design through to close‑out. Strong leadership, communication and project‑management expertise are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant field
- • Minimum 6 years of project management experience in fit‑out or corporate interior projects
- • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex real‑estate programmes
- • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills

- • Lead multi‑disciplinary real‑estate project solutions for a multinational banking client across Kenya and East Africa
- • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery including programme planning, budgeting, quality, scope, procurement and risk management for retail banking and commercial office projects
- • Manage a small delivery team and coordinate day‑to‑day client and stakeholder relationships
- • Develop client briefs and project execution plans tailored to each project’s requirements
- • Ensure projects progress through design, construction, occupancy and close‑out phases on schedule and within budget
