Job Description
The Education Programme Manager will provide strategic and technical leadership for NRC’s education programmes across Kenya, ensuring high‑quality implementation and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include overseeing work plans, monitoring performance, and adapting interventions to local contexts. The role requires extensive experience in programme management within humanitarian settings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • MBA, MSc, or MA in Education, Development Studies, Project Management, or related field
- • Minimum 8 years of experience managing education or training programmes in humanitarian contexts
- • Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and deliver results against strategic objectives
- • Strong analytical, reporting, and monitoring skills
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
