Job Description
The Embryologist independently manages IVF, ICSI, PGT‑A and PGT‑M cases, performing laboratory procedures, embryo culture and quality assessment to achieve optimal reproductive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- • Conduct controlled ovarian stimulation monitoring and oocyte retrieval
- • Perform ICSI, IVF fertilisation and embryo culture procedures
- • Carry out pre‑implantation genetic testing (PGT‑A, PGT‑M) and embryo biopsy
- • Assess embryo quality, grade and select embryos for transfer or cryopreservation
- • Maintain laboratory equipment, culture media and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- • Collaborate with clinicians to discuss case progress and treatment plans
- • Ensure strict adherence to quality control and biosafety protocols
