Job Description
The Embryologist will perform advanced assisted‑reproduction procedures, maintain laboratory quality standards, and collaborate closely with fertility specialists to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities include managing IVF, ICSI, and genetic testing cycles while ensuring strict compliance with SOPs and documentation requirements. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and strong technical expertise in embryology.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Biotechnology).
- • Minimum 5–8 years hands‑on experience managing IVF/ICSI/PGT cycles.
- • Proven expertise in embryology laboratory techniques and quality control.
- • Strong organizational skills and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Independently manage IVF, ICSI, PGT‑A and PGT‑M cases from oocyte handling to embryo transfer.
- • Perform sperm preparation, fertilisation, embryo culture, assessment and grading.
- • Maintain laboratory quality standards, SOP compliance, equipment monitoring and documentation.
- • Collaborate with fertility specialists and clinical teams to support treatment planning and outcome analysis.
- • Continuously improve embryology practices through data review and process optimization.
