Job Description
The Engineer Service Delivery provides technical project management for client implementations, ensuring designs are feasible, delivered on time, and meet quality standards. The role coordinates with field engineers, project managers, and contractors while managing stock levels and handling escalations. Strong planning and communication skills are required to maintain service level agreements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- • 3–4 years of experience in service delivery, technical project management, or ICT implementation
- • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and customer‑engagement skills
- • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities
- • Lead technical project management for new implementations, ensuring design compliance and timely delivery
- • Coordinate with regional field engineers, project managers, and contractors to execute project plans
- • Manage inventory of materials and equipment to guarantee availability for installations
- • Monitor project progress against KPIs, budgets, and schedules, addressing any deviations
- • Handle escalations related to implementation delays or technical issues
- • Prepare and present status reports to senior management and clients
- • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project execution
