Job Description
The Engineering Trainee will support the hotel’s engineering department by assisting with routine maintenance, repairs, and project tasks under the guidance of the Training Manager. The role offers hands‑on exposure to mechanical, electrical and civil systems within a hospitality environment. Candidates will develop technical competencies while contributing to the efficient operation of the property.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- • Ability to work flexible hours and follow safety protocols

- • Assist senior engineers with preventive maintenance and repairs across hotel facilities
- • Participate in installation and testing of mechanical and electrical systems
