Responsibilities
- • Teach using provided lesson plans and develop plans as needed
- • Mark exams according to schedule and department guidelines
- • Discuss disciplinary and performance issues with the Academic Quality Controller and Head of Department
- • Implement the SABIS point system to maintain a conducive learning environment
- • Invigilate exams and ensure proper exam conditions
- • Support low‑performing students to improve motivation and achievement
- • Develop and follow external exam preparation using past papers and structured revision schedules
