Job Description
The EHS & Sustainability Coordinator will oversee health and safety management systems, ensure compliance with legislation, and promote a strong safety culture across Capwell’s operations. The role involves advising leadership, delivering training, and preparing required reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health, Safety or related discipline
- • 3–5 years of experience in a similar EHS role
- • Strong communication and organizational skills
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Proficiency in preparing safety reports
Required Skills

- • Act as the designated Competent Person for safety, preventing risks and protecting health at work
- • Maintain accurate health and safety records and documentation
- • Promote a culture where safety is a core value for employees, contractors and visitors
- • Lead health and safety training sessions for staff
- • Advise leadership on compliance with health and safety legislation
- • Prepare and present safety reports and performance metrics
