Job Description
The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist will lead the development and continuous improvement of Cosmos Limited’s environmental management system. The role ensures compliance with regulations, conducts risk assessments and drives a culture of safety across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Engineering or a related discipline
- • 3–5 years of experience in EHS roles within an industrial setting
- • In‑depth knowledge of environmental and safety regulations
- • Strong analytical, communication and training skills
- • Ability to influence and drive change across departments

- • Develop, implement and maintain EHS policies and procedures
- • Conduct risk assessments and environmental impact studies
- • Monitor compliance with local and international regulations
- • Lead internal and external audits and manage corrective actions
- • Provide training and awareness programs for staff
- • Investigate incidents, analyse root causes and recommend improvements
