Job Description
The Evaluation Consultant will lead the terminal evaluation of the UNEP project on inclusive green economy approaches. They will design evaluation methodology, collect and analyse data, and produce a concise final report within a 45‑day assignment. The consultant will engage with project stakeholders to validate findings and ensure actionable recommendations. Strong analytical and reporting skills are required to deliver high‑quality outputs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Advanced degree in Environmental Studies, Economics, Evaluation or related field
- • Demonstrated experience in project evaluation and sustainable development
- • Strong analytical, statistical and report‑writing abilities
- • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
