Job Description
The Senior Manager/Associate Director in Strategy and Transactions will support business development by identifying new client opportunities, preparing proposals and participating in pitch meetings. They will evaluate financial and market data to deliver actionable insights for strategy, transformation and commercial due‑diligence projects. The role also involves coaching junior staff and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- • MBA, MSc or MA is preferred.
- • Minimum 8 years experience in strategy consulting or a related field.
- • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- • Strong analytical, presentation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- • Identify and pursue new client opportunities, prepare proposals and participate in pitch meetings.
- • Collaborate with other EY service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
- • Evaluate financial, accounting and fundamental data to extract actionable insights.
- • Work on strategy and transformation initiatives such as market entry, growth/turnaround, go‑to‑market, commercial due‑diligence, divestments and cost projects.
- • Present findings to executives, boards and investment professionals.
- • Coach and develop junior team members.
