Job Description
The Facilities Attendant will ensure the safety, security, and upkeep of student residences and campus facilities. Responsibilities include enforcing hostel policies, conducting inspections, and supporting event logistics and housekeeping tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in hostel, facilities, or property management
- • Strong organizational and record‑keeping abilities
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Enforce hostel visiting‑hour policies and monitor compliance
- • Uphold safety and security standards to protect students and property
- • Patrol residence areas, identify hazards, and report maintenance needs
- • Verify that security lighting and other safety equipment are operational
- • Manage key issuance, tracking, and secure return
- • Conduct daily inspections of facilities and report any issues
- • Support housekeeping and event set‑up activities as required
- • Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and key logs
