Job Description
The Fast Credit Supervisor will lead implementation of the FAST micro‑finance product, mentoring field officers and ensuring high‑quality loan portfolios for community groups. Responsibilities include group verification, customer service oversight, partnership coordination and capacity building of field staff. The role requires a degree in economics, accounting or related field and at least three years of micro‑finance experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • University degree or diploma in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management or related discipline
- • Minimum 3 years experience in a micro‑finance institution or similar financial services role
- • Strong knowledge of micro‑finance operations, loan monitoring and community outreach
- • Excellent communication, training and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities
- • Implement the FAST product and guide field officers to meet project objectives
- • Conduct group verification tests and monitor loan portfolio quality
- • Ensure high standards of customer service, retention and impact tracking
- • Train community groups and field officers on product usage and best practices
- • Build and maintain partnerships with World Vision Kenya and other stakeholders
- • Monitor field officers’ performance, morale and productivity, providing mentorship as needed
- • Prepare regular performance reports for the Relationship Manager and Product Manager
- • Develop and execute promotional activities to increase product uptake
