Job Description
The Business Growth and Development Manager will work with the Area Manager to design and execute the branch’s business strategy, targeting new opportunities to expand the quality portfolio. They will assess market potential, drive sales initiatives, and monitor performance against growth targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years experience in business development or financial services
- • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
