Job Description
The F&B and Service Instructor will teach food and beverage subjects, develop curriculum content, and mentor students to become self‑sufficient entrepreneurs. Responsibilities include managing assessments, overseeing equipment maintenance, and guiding students in production, pricing and marketing of their products.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or a related field
- • Minimum 3 years experience in teaching or training within the F&B sector
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to mentor and coach learners effectively
- • Knowledge of equipment maintenance and production processes
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Deliver quality teaching in food and beverage subjects using available resources
- • Develop curriculum content aligned with syllabus and course specifications
- • Manage administrative tasks, assessments and maintain accurate student records
- • Mentor students in developing items for sale and achieving self‑sufficiency
- • Guide students on pricing, marketing and client interaction strategies
- • Oversee equipment maintenance, security and inventory allocation
- • Supervise production activities and casual staff to ensure product quality and timelines
