Job Description
The Field Marketing Officer will promote M‑KOPA’s electric motorbikes in the Thika region, driving sales growth and expanding market presence. The role involves direct customer engagement, product demonstrations, and gathering market intelligence to inform strategy. It requires a proactive approach to building relationships with retailers and end‑users while meeting performance targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- • Minimum 2 years of field marketing or sales experience, preferably in mobility or technology
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment
- • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
