Job Description
The Field Recovery Agent manages delinquent customer portfolios, employing empathetic negotiation and field engagement to recover payments while preserving client relationships. They conduct on‑site visits, develop repayment solutions, and maintain accurate collection records in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field
- • Demonstrated experience in field collections, micro‑finance, or unsecured lending
- • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
- • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Responsibilities
- • Oversee assigned delinquent customer accounts and achieve daily and monthly recovery targets
- • Investigate customer queries, resolve disputes, and design personalized repayment plans
- • Conduct field visits to engage customers directly and coordinate with branch teams and local stakeholders
- • Maintain precise collection records and documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance
- • Collaborate with call centre staff and community leaders to support recovery efforts
