Job Description
The Field Sales Representative will promote dental equipment and consumables to clinics and hospitals across Kenya, building strong relationships with dental professionals. The role includes conducting product demonstrations and training, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with logistics and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery. Targets are set monthly and quarterly, and the representative must maintain accurate sales records. Travel across the territory is required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree, BSc, HND or Diploma in a relevant field
- • Minimum 3 years proven sales experience in dental or medical supplies
- • Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory

- • Promote and sell dental equipment, instruments, and consumables to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities
- • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and industry events
- • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with dental practitioners and key decision‑makers
- • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients
- • Monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- • Collaborate with logistics, technical, and marketing teams to ensure timely deliveries and service quality
