Job Description
The Field Service Technician installs, commissions and maintains irrigation equipment for Davis & Shirtliff customers across Nairobi, ensuring reliable operation and customer satisfaction. Tasks include diagnosing faults, performing repairs and providing technical support on site. The role demands practical technical expertise and strong problem‑solving abilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- • 1–2 years experience in field service or irrigation equipment maintenance
- • Strong knowledge of irrigation technologies and hydraulic systems
- • Ability to read technical schematics and perform electrical/mechanical diagnostics
- • Good customer service skills and ability to work independently
