Job Description
The Field Supervisor, CWI oversees on‑site engineering activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule and to technical specifications. They manage field crews, monitor equipment usage and enforce compliance with health‑and‑safety protocols across all operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Geosciences or a related field
- • Minimum 3 years experience in field supervision within oil‑field or related industries
- • Valid professional engineering or safety certifications
- • Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills
- • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- • Supervise daily field operations and coordinate crew activities
- • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations and client requirements
- • Conduct site inspections, equipment checks and quality audits
- • Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot operational issues
- • Prepare daily reports, logs and progress documentation
- • Liaise with project managers, engineers and subcontractors
