Job Description
The Finance Manager leads the group’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and reporting across multiple entities. Responsibilities include cash‑flow management, risk and governance oversight, intercompany accounting, tax compliance and driving finance system automation. The role requires a professional accounting qualification and extensive senior finance experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Economics
- • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA or CIMA) in good standing
- • Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, including 3 years in senior finance leadership
- • Experience in high‑growth or start‑up environments and multi‑country finance operations

Responsibilities
- • Lead group financial strategy, budgets and forecasts
- • Oversee consolidated financial reporting and performance analysis
- • Manage cash flow, liquidity, fundraising and working capital
- • Review project budgets, margins, costs and commercial performance
- • Strengthen financial controls, governance and risk management
- • Oversee intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, tax and statutory compliance
- • Lead finance teams and partner with business leaders
- • Drive finance systems, automation and continuous improvement
