Job Description
The Finance Manager at Novotel will support the Director of Finance by preparing accurate financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards within the hotel’s operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- CPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
- • Minimum five years of finance experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- • Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.
- • Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- • Assist in the development and monitoring of the hotel’s operating budget.
- • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
- • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and internal controls.
- • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
- • Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors.
