Job Description
The Finance Manager provides strategic financial leadership for Seven Twenty Holdings, overseeing reporting, controls and compliance across its manufacturing and distribution operations. Responsibilities include preparing management accounts, budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting and delivering commercial analysis to senior management. The role also designs internal control frameworks and ensures accurate ERP data.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field (BA/BSc/HND)
- • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA)
- • Minimum 5 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in a senior finance management role
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Provide strategic financial direction and analysis to senior management and the Board
- • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and financial statements
- • Develop, monitor and report on annual budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow projections
- • Conduct commercial analysis including product margin, cost of production and pricing support
- • Design, implement and maintain a comprehensive internal controls framework
- • Oversee month‑end close procedures, account sign‑off and period locking in Odoo ERP
- • Review and approve manual journal entries and prior‑period adjustments
