Job Description
The Finance Manager provides strategic financial leadership, overseeing budgeting, reporting, cash flow, and revenue assurance for TIBU Health. The role ensures accurate financial information, supports operational decisions, and collaborates with multiple departments to align resources with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc or professional accounting qualification
- • Minimum 5–7 years progressive experience in finance or accounting
- • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- • Proven ability to manage budgets, cash flow and revenue assurance
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Provide financial leadership, planning and reporting for the organization
- • Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial plans
- • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and compliance reports
- • Manage revenue assurance, accounts receivable and cash‑flow monitoring
- • Oversee accounts payable, supplier management and expense control
- • Supervise payroll processing and employee‑related payments
- • Conduct financial analysis to support commercial and operational decisions
- • Coordinate with operations, medical services, procurement and senior management
