Job Description
The Finance Manager oversees the financial aspects of projects from proposal development through to close‑out, ensuring budgets are adhered to and financial reporting is accurate. Key duties include budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, and compliance with donor or organizational requirements. The role demands a degree in Finance or Accounting and several years of experience in project finance management. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- • Proven experience in project financial management
- • Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting skills
- • Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel

- • Manage project budgets and monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle
- • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for stakeholders
- • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, donor requirements, and internal controls

- • Lead financial audits and implement corrective actions as needed
