Job Description
The Finance Manager oversees the financial planning, reporting, and compliance functions while ensuring clear communication with Gujarati‑ and Hindi‑speaking stakeholders. They lead budgeting processes, monitor cash flow, and provide strategic financial insights to support business objectives. Fluency in Gujarati or Hindi is essential for effective liaison with regional partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a managerial role
- • Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is advantageous
- • Fluency in Gujarati or Hindi, both written and spoken
- • Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities

- • Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets and forecasts
- • Ensure compliance with Kenyan tax regulations and reporting standards
- • Manage cash flow, banking relationships and treasury activities
- • Liaise with Gujarati‑ and Hindi‑speaking partners and internal teams
- • Supervise junior finance staff and coordinate audit activities
