Job Description
The Finance Manager leads the organization’s financial planning and reporting functions, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting and compliance with regulatory standards. They oversee cash management, treasury activities and drive financial analysis to support strategic decisions. In addition, the manager mentors the finance team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- • Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, including managerial responsibilities
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel
- • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
