The Finance Manager – Payables will lead the accounts‑payable function, ensuring timely processing of invoices and accurate vendor payments. Responsibilities include supervising a team, maintaining strong internal controls, and providing cash‑flow insights to senior management. The role requires a solid accounting background and the ability to improve financial processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable or treasury functions
- • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- • Proven ability to lead a team and improve processes
- • Attention to detail and high level of integrity

Responsibilities
- • Oversee the accounts‑payable function to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
- • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate payment terms and resolve discrepancies
- • Supervise and mentor the payables team, delegating tasks and monitoring performance
- • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- • Prepare cash‑flow forecasts, reconcile statements and support month‑end closing activities
- • Generate financial reports related to payables and present insights to senior management
