Job Description
The Finance Manager/Accountant will oversee day‑to‑day accounting functions, prepare financial statements, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards. Responsibilities also include coordinating external audits, providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership and improving internal controls. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, professional certification and extensive experience in financial management. Strong proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- CPA, ACCA or CMA certification preferred
- • Proven experience as a finance manager, accountant or similar financial administration role
- • Strong proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP or NetSuite
- • Advanced MS Excel skills and deep understanding of financial reporting frameworks, budgeting and financial analysis

- • Manage day‑to‑day accounting functions, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- • Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
- • Develop, monitor and analyse company budgets, forecasts and financial risk profiles
- • Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and internal controls
- • Coordinate external audit processes and prepare required documentation
- • Provide actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
