Job Description
The Finance Systems and Process Management Lead drives continuous improvement of finance processes and systems across the group, leveraging automation and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, control and governance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- • 5–8 years experience in finance systems, transformation or process improvement roles
- • Deep knowledge of Oracle E‑Business Suite Finance modules and related end‑to‑end processes
- • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑engagement skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Review and analyse finance business processes to identify inefficiencies and control gaps
- • Recommend and support implementation of process improvements and standardisation
- • Define business requirements and design solutions for finance system enhancements
- • Lead initiatives involving Oracle E‑Business Suite, Oracle EPM, Finacle, Way4 and related technologies
- • Promote adoption of digitisation, AI, RPA and workflow automation within finance operations
- • Provide training, change management and post‑implementation support to end‑users
