Job Description
The Financial Controller oversees management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, and prepares cost centre reports. They monitor accounts receivable, support cash‑flow management, and act as gatekeeper for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Post‑Graduate Diploma in Management
- • Bachelor of Accounting degree
- • 5+ years of financial controlling experience
- • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- • Excellent teamwork, collaboration and communication skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Provide management accounting and business support, including sales projections and profitability analysis
- • Monitor accounts receivable, calculate DSO and ensure timely payments
- • Prepare monthly sales and SG&A forecasts
- • Produce departmental cost centre reports each month
- • Draft payment proposals in collaboration with the SSA Accounts Payable team
- • Develop and maintain SOPs and support internal and external audits
- • Work closely with the SSA Finance team on matrix responsibilities
- • Assist the SSA Finance Manager with ad‑hoc tasks
