The Financial Planning and Analysis Accountant prepares comprehensive management reports and provides insightful analysis to support strategic decision‑making. He/she conducts budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The role serves as a key financial partner for the institute’s leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- • Minimum 3 years experience in financial reporting and analysis
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities
- • Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity

- • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with clear commentary
