Job Description
The Broker Incubation Officer supports the Corporate Sales Manager by handling quotation requests, converting prospects into new business and recruiting brokers. The role involves proactive market outreach and coordination of onboarding activities to expand the broker network. This fixed‑term position contributes to the growth of Old Mutual’s distribution channels.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, brokerage or financial services
- • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
- • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
