The Fleet Planner is responsible for optimizing vehicle utilization and developing efficient routing schedules for the logistics operation. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- • Proficiency in Excel and fleet management software
- • Excellent organizational and communication skills
- • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment
Required Skills

- • Develop daily and weekly vehicle schedules based on shipment demand
- • Analyze route efficiency and recommend adjustments to minimize travel time and fuel consumption
- • Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries
- • Monitor fleet utilization metrics and generate performance reports
- • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
