Job Description
The position involves ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout each flight, delivering high‑standard hospitality and in‑flight services. The incumbent must adhere to company policies, manuals and KCAA regulations while effectively communicating with crew and travelers. Candidates are required to hold a KCAA Cabin Crew Member Certificate and possess at least three years of cabin crew experience, with additional advantage for flight purser or DHC8 experience. Strong customer‑service, communication and English language skills are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Possess a KCAA Cabin Crew Member Certificate
- • Minimum three years experience as a flight attendant
- • Flight purser experience or DHC8 aircraft experience is an advantage
- • Knowledge of company policies, manuals and KCARS
- • Excellent hospitality and customer‑service skills
- • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent degree

- • Provide courteous in‑flight service, including meal and beverage distribution
- • Respond promptly to passenger inquiries and resolve issues during the flight
