Job Description
The Food & Beverage Manager leads all F&B operations at Ngong Hills Hotel, overseeing restaurants, bars and events to ensure high service standards and profitability. Responsibilities include managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining inventory and ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or a related field
- • Minimum five years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 2‑3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control and inventory management
- • Excellent leadership, communication and commercial skills
- • Familiarity with POS and hotel/inventory systems

- • Oversee daily food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars and event venues
- • Drive revenue and profitability through effective cost control and pricing strategies
- • Ensure service quality, food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
- • Train, motivate and evaluate the F&B team to maintain high performance
- • Manage stock, purchasing, inventory and waste reduction initiatives
- • Monitor guest satisfaction and handle service recovery when needed
- • Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, food safety regulations and local laws
