Job Description
The Food Safety & Related Fields Consultant Trainer delivers expert training and advisory services to food industry stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety standards and best practices. They develop curricula, conduct workshops and provide on‑site assessments to improve food safety culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Public Health or related discipline
- • 3+ years experience in food safety consulting, training or quality assurance
- • In‑depth knowledge of local and international food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000)
- • Strong presentation, facilitation and technical writing skills
- • Ability to travel to client sites and work with cross‑functional teams

- • Design and deliver training modules on food safety regulations, HACCP and quality assurance
- • Conduct on‑site audits, risk assessments and corrective action planning for clients
- • Create training materials, manuals and e‑learning content tailored to industry needs
