Job Description
The Foreman will supervise on‑site construction activities for Taison Group’s projects, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards, particularly for hospital and residential builds.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Building, Construction, Civil Engineering, or related trade
- • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on supervisory experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor
- • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, finishes, and reading of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- • Familiarity with healthcare construction standards and OSHA safety regulations
- • Proven ability to lead multi‑trade teams and manage site logistics
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work complies with drawings, specifications, and method statements
- • Allocate tasks to tradesmen, general workers, and subcontractor crews to optimise productivity
- • Inspect ongoing and completed work for quality and adherence to hospital‑grade tolerances
- • Maintain a safe, organised, and clean work environment in accordance with OSHA and local regulations
- • Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors to meet project timelines and budgets
- • Monitor and enforce compliance with healthcare construction requirements such as IPC/ICRA and medical gas systems
