Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or higher in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
- • Minimum 3 years experience supervising construction sites
- • Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- • Effective leadership and communication skills
