Job Description
The Fractional Senior People Advisor works part‑time with the executive team to provide strategic HR guidance on people decisions, organisational design and policy interpretation. The role offers independent insight on staffing, compliance and culture while supporting growth across multiple East African markets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- • Minimum 8 years experience in senior HR advisory or people‑partner roles
- • Proven ability to interpret policy and employment law in complex environments

- • Partner with the executive team on high‑impact people decisions
- • Serve as a senior people business partner to the CEO and senior leaders
- • Provide independent analysis of organisational design and team composition
- • Advise on employment law, policy application and commercial implications
- • Support the Global People & HR Director with strategic HR initiatives
- • Offer guidance on talent acquisition, retention and performance management
