Job Description
The Fractional Senior People Advisor provides strategic HR guidance to client organizations on a part‑time basis. They support talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Kenyan labour regulations. The role also advises senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. This position reports to the HR leadership team and works remotely as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Proven experience as an HR advisor or senior HR professional
- • In‑depth knowledge of Kenyan labour law and HR best practices
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
