Job Description
The Freelance Graphic Designer creates original visual assets that meet brief requirements for international development programmes. Duties involve applying brand and accessibility guidelines, producing designs for various media, and collaborating with project teams to ensure cultural relevance. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and an understanding of visual identity are essential. Designers work on a freelance basis with flexible assignments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Strong graphic design expertise with a portfolio of original work
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
- • Understanding of visual identity, layout, typography, colour theory and image treatment
- • Experience creating accessible designs and adhering to brand guidelines
- • Experience developing design materials for international development or social change initiatives is preferred
