Job Description
The French‑Speaking Trainer designs and delivers finance, budgeting and M&E training programs for French‑speaking clients and partners. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, facilitating workshops both in‑person and online, and providing post‑training support. The role requires strong financial expertise, M&E knowledge and fluency in French.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or professional certificate in finance, economics, business, or M&E
- • Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis
- • Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation frameworks and tools
- • Excellent spoken and written French with good English proficiency
- • Experience in adult learning, curriculum development, and workshop facilitation
