Job Description
The Full‑Stack Engineer will build and maintain an internal AI‑powered curriculum design tool for Nova Pioneer, handling both front‑end interfaces and back‑end services. The role involves integrating AI models, implementing authentication, and ensuring reliable data storage while collaborating closely with product and education teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- • Demonstrated experience building full‑stack web applications
- • Proficiency in back‑end development, APIs, databases, and authentication mechanisms
- • Familiarity with AI/LLM integration and semantic search technologies is a plus
- • Strong problem‑solving abilities and collaborative mindset
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Design and develop web‑based applications for lesson‑planning and admin workflows
- • Implement front‑end features using modern JavaScript frameworks and UI libraries
- • Build scalable back‑end services, APIs, and databases to support curriculum content
- • Integrate AI and semantic search components to generate lesson‑plan outputs
- • Implement authentication, role‑based access control, and publishing workflows
- • Ensure versioning, storage, and retrieval of lesson plans for reuse
- • Collaborate with product owners and educators to refine user experience
- • Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment of new features and updates
