Job Description
The faculty member will provide interventional cardiology services, oversee emergency and inpatient care, and lead clinical teaching for residents and fellows. Responsibilities include patient management, research facilitation, and policy development to improve cardiovascular care standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master’s Degree in Medicine (or equivalent)
- • Completed Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology
- • Minimum one year of post‑fellowship clinical experience
- • Strong academic and teaching record
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Establish and maintain interventional cardiology clinical services, including emergency care
- • Manage inpatient and outpatient cardiology patients and provide on‑call coverage
- • Deliver clinical teaching sessions and supervise resident rotations
- • Design and monitor educational programmes and assessments for trainees
- • Promote resident research and contribute to scholarly activities
- • Develop and update clinical policies and best‑practice guidelines
- • Participate in the adult cardiology fellowship program
