Job Description
The General Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for CHAK’s business units, driving profitability, growth, and service quality while aligning with the organization’s Christian values.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND and MBA/MSc/MA or equivalent professional certification
- • Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience
- • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills

- • Lead development and implementation of corporate strategy and annual business plans
- • Oversee all business units to ensure revenue growth, profitability, and cash‑flow management
- • Drive business development, commercialization, and strategic partnership initiatives
- • Ensure operational excellence and high‑quality service delivery across units
- • Manage financial stewardship, cost efficiency, and asset utilization
- • Represent the organization to the Board, clients, partners, and key stakeholders
