Job Description
The General Manager will lead the Electrical Solutions and Construction & Interior Fit‑Out divisions, overseeing strategy, commercial performance, financial results, and operational efficiency across East Africa. Responsibilities include business development, project execution, risk management, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- • Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in electrical solutions or construction.
- • Demonstrated success in business development and project delivery.
- • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making capabilities.
- • Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.

- • Develop and implement business plans, identify new market opportunities, and forge strategic partnerships.
- • Manage tendering processes, cost estimation, budgeting, and contract negotiations.
- • Supervise project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- • Direct procurement, logistics, and supply‑chain activities to optimize resource utilization.
- • Mentor and manage multidisciplinary teams, driving performance and employee development.
- • Monitor financial results, cash flow, and profitability to achieve revenue targets.
