Job Description
The General Manager – Construction will direct business operations, sales, and financial performance across East Africa, driving strategic growth and profitability. Responsibilities include overseeing multiple departments, establishing KPIs, and strengthening customer relationships within the construction and building‑materials sector.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Business, Management or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management or general manager role, preferably in construction supplies or wholesale distribution
