Job Description
The Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Officer will lead initiatives that promote gender equity and inclusive practices across projects. Responsibilities include developing GESI strategies, conducting assessments, and providing training to staff and partners. The role supports the organization’s commitment to equitable development outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Development Studies or a related field
- • Minimum 3 years of experience working on gender equality or social inclusion projects
- • Strong analytical and research skills
- • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
- • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
